Untitled
Just beyond
The sleepy mountains
Sits a little town
Long forgotten
Its streets are empty
Its buildings lay silent
The trees have long
since died
Their leaves no longer vibrant
But in this desolate place
A spirit persists
It only comes in the darkness
With the haunting mist
Its ghastly imagine
No soul has suppressed
Its never taken kindly
To unwelcomed guests
So as you travel
From East to West
Pass the empty town by
Don’t force it to manifest
Keep away from this strange
And unfamiliar town
For you never know
What is lurking around
