I’m goin internal
Leave a message after the beep
Gotta close my eyes
And get some sleep
Been a long hard year
Full of ups and downs
Still searching for that peace
That’s nowhere to be found
Need to take a break
From my friends and followers
Those that I love
My little group of borrowers
I’m losing the battle
And pushing back the tears
May even lose the war
I’ve been fighting all these years
So I gotta do this now
Gotta go internal
Gonna live in the reality
Of the sanctity of the infernal
